Clinical Associate - ACTION to Sustain Precision and Integrated HIV Response towards Epidemic Control (ASPIRE) - Talent Lab Limited (2 Openings)

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Clinical Associate

Locations: Abuja (FCT), and Nasarawa

Employment Type: Full-time

The Project

The ASPIRE project is a 12-month initiative designed to achieve HIV epidemic control by providing high-quality HIV services in FCT, Nasarawa, and Rivers states.

This includes technical assistance and mentorship for healthcare facilities to deliver effective HIV testing, treatment, and care.

Overview

The Clinical Associate will lead the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of technical assistance at health facilities, engaging stakeholders and driving strategic performance on the ASPIRE project.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with health facility leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and address challenges.

Program Coordination: Monitor facility performance, identify gaps, and provide mentorship to facility staff to improve outcomes.

Administrative Leadership: Manage state office operations, onboard new staff, and oversee financial and operational activities.

Clinical Support: Oversee quality improvement processes, provide capacity-building support, and coordinate the implementation of intervention strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on project implementation and participate in problem-solving and learning sessions.

Requirements

Education: MBBS degree with 2-3 years of post-NYSC experience.

Experience: Prior involvement in project implementation or public health programs, preferably HIV-related.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
