John Monash Scholarship for Excellence in Australia 2025

Monash University in Australia annually offers the John Monash Scholarship for Excellence to eligible international students to pursue undergraduate programs.

The John Monash Scholarship is a $40,000 award payable over a period of four years as support towards the cost of your studies. Awardees also receive an invitation to apply for a place in Monash Minds, a leadership program for first-year students.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the John Monash Scholarship for Excellence, you must:

● Be an International student

● Be a current Year 12 or International Baccalaureate in Australia

● Be intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree at a Monash campus in Australia.

● Meet the entry requirements for the course you are applying for

● Meet the English Language requirements of the univerity you are applying for.

Benefits

● The John Monash Scholarship is worth $40,000 for selected applicants

● $10,000 per annum (48 credit points of study), up to a maximum of four years.

● An invitation to apply for a place in Monash Minds, a leadership program for first-year students.

● Recipients may be asked to participate or be profiled in relevant Monash marketing, recruitment and promotional activities.
