Job Title: Medical Office
Location: Ogun
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM & 7 PM – 7 AM)
Job Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Medical Officers to join our dynamic medical team.
The ideal candidates will provide comprehensive medical services, ensure optimal patient management, and support clinical operations in line with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment.
● Conduct thorough patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.
● Respond to medical emergencies, stabilize patients, and coordinate referrals where necessary.
● Supervise and collaborate with nurses, laboratory scientists, and other healthcare professionals for efficient patient care.
● Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely documentation of patient progress.
● Adhere to hospital protocols, ethical medical practices, and regulatory standards.
● Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.
● Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
Requirements
● MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
● Full registration and licensing with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
● 1 - 3 years post-NYSC clinical experience in a hospital setting.
● Strong clinical skills in patient diagnosis, treatment, and emergency response.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
● Willingness to work rotational 12-hour shifts (Day & Night shifts).
