Your Tasks
● Develop and execute Detailing & Training strategy and annual objectives according to the marketing strategy targeting all relevant professional groups (HCPs, Pharmacists, Dermo-Consultants).
● Lead & guide the team of detailers to execute the detailing and training strategy, stimulating high performance, instilling enthusiasm, and building high commitment.
● Define and execute training for the detailers and sales reps ensuring the ongoing professional development of the individuals and BDF credibility within the medical environment.
● Initiate and lead participation at relevant professional fairs and congresses to increase awareness and build trust and endorsement.
● Lead & guide the training of external team of Dermo-Consultants stimulating high performance instilling enthusiasm and building high commitment.
● Provide Dermo-Consultants with relevant knowledge, training, and coaching (consumer and sell out focused) to gain mind space and competitive edge at POS, as well as to ensure ongoing professional development and that training and materials are tailored to the Dermo Consultants stakeholders.
● the external Sales Teams with ongoing team trainings, updates and professional development while ensuring a close and continuous coordination between Detailers, Sales Reps & Dermo-Consultants, looking for the highest synergy to maximize performance.
● PR Creation of public relation articles for scientific press releases.
Your Profile
Education & qualification – Medical Degree & experience from the pharmaceutical industry
Skills – Excellent communicative skills, Well versed in English, Customer focused, Relationship building, Coaching.
Experience – Working with Physicians, Sales, Presenting to a large audience.
● Sell out focused, Mobile.
